Do you want a cardio workout that really sheds the pounds and gets you in shape! Hatton ABC is for anyone of any age and it doesn't matter what your fitness level is (I'll take you from absolute beginners to beyond fighting fit). Learn the fundamentals of boxing whilst doing a great workout to tone and shape you with the Hatton ABC technique. That's real boxing combined with real fitness!
Each session is 45 minutes including 10-15 minutes warm-up and cool down and costs £35.

Walking Group (free of charge):
Do you enjoy walking? It’s a great way to stay in shape, it’s easy on the joints and if you cover enough steps/miles and eat healthily you’ll lose weight too. Benefits of walking include – strengthening of your heart, weight loss or maintenance, a lower risk for some diseases, toning of your legs, stomach and bum, plus it gives you energy and releases some of those ‘happy hormones’. If you have loose fitting comfortable clothes/fitness wear, rain mac if it’s wet and trainers/walking shoes, you’re all set to go! Why not join our free walking group for organised walks (the odd complimentary workout) and good company. Walks range from 2 to 25 miles – chose a level that suits you.

Weekly weight loss group:
Do you need support to lose those extra pounds? You’ll get all the support you need in our informal weight loss group where you’ll receive a personalised caloric plan (daily calorie, carbs, protein, fat needs), weekly weigh-in and support and advice from a certified weight loss coach.
